Ako sir hindi agree, I still have this feeling that something positive and bright will happen to our country and I can feel that IT will be a great factor in it with a lot of help coming from the FOSS ADVOCACY (which includes LINUX of course). The thing is, like as you said, a large number of the Filipino people nowadays will agree to a negative remark or a pessimistic way of thinking coz.. of what is happening in our country’s economy. The brighter side to that is, there are still people like the Ubuntu founder who is willing to risk a lot of things just for CHANGE that will hopefully leAD to DEVELOPMENT, and that is the trait each and everyone of us should mimic. We should always see hardships in life as CHALLENGES. (a way of thinking that is hard to explain to someone who has seen poverty¬† as a disease)
God Bless!
